Well hey I haven’t even received the item which is ridiculous in this day and age!. Is it travelling through the strait of Hormuz?

I’m so sorry about this. I checked the tracking and it looks like there has been an unusual error with the shipment. Your package was incorrectly routed and is now stuck in Finland. I completely understand your frustration!
I’m contacting USPS today to find out what happened, and if the package has been lost, I will of course issue you a full refund. I’ve shipped to customers in Singapore many times without an issue, so this is a very unusual situation and definitely not the experience I want for my customers.
I’ll follow up with you via email as soon as I have more information. It’s important to me that you’re happy, and I’ll do my best to make this right.
